A durable Red earthenware that stands up well on the wheel and is great for hand building. Fits commercial glazes well and fires a true terra cotta color at ^04. Can be pushed to cone 5-6 where it will turn a very rich red brown color. As this clay was not developed as a midrange body, testing is HIGHLY encouraged before using it for functional wares. *Color of clay is mustard, fires terra cotta color at 06-04.
